In this class we will discuss the following:

Camera gear and specific lenses for Real Estate Photography
Tripod selection and set-up/height; using the leveler
Staging the shot
Composition (balance, negative space, leading lines)
Arrangements for depth
Color and contrast
White balance
Lighting (including planning for sun angles/time of day)
Supplemental lighting and light accessories (diffuser, soft box, reflector)
Camera settings
Exposure / Exposure compensation and bracketing
Challenges (e.g. working in tight spaces, reflections/mirrors)
Creating a shot list
Detail shots
Using Ps and Lr for improvements and edit
HDR and compositing shots in post production
Tripod selection
